SF & the Medical Humanities in the SFRA Review

In the most recent issue of the Science Fiction Research Association’s quarterly review you can read an article by our research assistant, Anna McFarlane, giving some of her thoughts on the connections between science fiction and the medical humanities. The current issue, as well as a number of back issues, can be found at this link and you’ll notice that the series is currently edited by Chris Pak, one of our invited speakers for Workshop 2.

Hopefully reading some of Anna’s ideas about science fiction and the medical humanities will inspire you to send in an abstract for the Science Fiction and the Medical Humanities conference. The deadline for submissions is the 4th of March and the CfP can be accessed here.
